THE OPEN SPACE is an idea with endless possibilities. This idea is to create an area flexible for any small to medium market concept or event. Located in one of the most progressive cities in the metro, Makati City, we offer an affordable venue that can accommodate a maximum of around 40 to 50 people.
The structure boasts of a 60 square meter (not including the kitchen area) clean interior. Parking spaces are available. The location and space are perfect for pop-up kitchens & restaurants, product launches, intimate gatherings, business events, parties, and any innovative ideas you may be have.
Our area is available 24 hours with a primary location rent package of close to half a day (8 hours). Although 8 hours is the standard package available, we are open in discussing customized packages to cater to anyone.
